We’re excited to let you know that this Sunday marks the official launch of Planning Center Online as our new church management software! This platform will help us all stay better connected, more informed, and actively involved in the life of our church.
To make things as smooth as possible, we want to ensure you’re set up and ready beforehand.
What You Need to Do Before Sunday (if you struggle with this, don’t worry we will help you at church)
- Download the Apps
Please download the following apps on your phone or tablet:
- Church Center – This is your main hub for events, giving, groups, check-ins and more.
- Log In
- Open the app and search for our church by name.
- Use the email address we have on record for you to log in.
- Follow the simple prompts to verify your account.
- Explore the Features
- Familiarise yourself with how to view events, see your groups, update your profile, and give online.
- Say Hello in the Church Group Chat
- Everyone in the church is part of the church group chat. This is like a WhatsApp group for the whole church.
What Will Happen on Sunday Morning
- We’ll have volunteers available after the service to assist anyone who needs help getting set up.
- We will give you a walkthrough on Sunday directly after the service, so bring your phone!
- If you need any help with logging in or using the app, our team will be happy to guide you through it.
Please note you will have to have access to your email as well to get the app set up for the first time.
