1) Standing out as fools for Christ comes with consequences, should we try to avoid persecution, should we welcome it or should we disregard it?
2) Do you think Elihu was wise in choosing to remain in prison rather than sign a piece of paper promising not to share about Jesus?
3) Did he have the right in God’s eyes to sign the paper and then ignore it so that the word of God would continue to be spread?
4) In Romans 13 Paul instructs us to submit to the authorities placed over us, is it right for us to disobey them when they pass laws that do not uphold God’s word?

6) Jesus says in Mark 8, “For whoever is ashamed of Me and of My words in this adulterous and sinful generation, the Son of Man will also be ashamed of him when He comes in the glory of His Father with the holy angels.” What do you think would be the consequences for us if Jesus was ashamed of us?
